Regarding your #6: I hope the polo shirt was stolen by a drunk Russian female. And that it was stolen off your body.

Regarding your #9: I think the best part of that evening was when we took turns throwing up into that trash can next to the restaurant.

Also regarding your #9: the Cimicky is a wine that anyone and everyone will love... even... you know... California hippies, Southern belles, German ice-queens, and fiery Iberian flamenco dancers.

As a worker in a relatively large bureaucracy (www.legalzoom.com) I am one of those minions who no doubt have frustrated you time and time again.

I started out trying to help the customer. And then I realized that many customers are, if not dumb, then rude--or both. But then, there are some intelligent, courteous individuals for whom I would do anything--even give my last name and extension--to help their Incorporation process.

Then, it's me vs. the bureaucracy. For instance, the customer needs his package sent to him BY Friday. I expedite the order for a charge--according to our database Texas should be able to approve the documents within 24 hours. It's Monday. We FedEx documents via two-day delivery. Thus, he should be able to get his package by Friday.

But, no. Somehow, SOMEHOW--even with someone on the inside, that customer gets his package not on Friday, not even on Monday--but on Friday of the following week. And sometimes there is just nothing you can do about it.

Thanks for posting this hilarious video. I cringe to think of how terrible I might have been to some of my customers, but hey--remember: if you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you. Hell, I'll put myself in your place.

The anecdote you shared about the woman and the fruit juice is hilarious because it approximates your social interactions with females quite nicely.
