I started out trying to help the customer. And then I realized that many customers are, if not dumb, then rude--or both. But then, there are some intelligent, courteous individuals for whom I would do anything--even give my last name and extension--to help their Incorporation process. Then, it's me vs. the bureaucracy. For instance, the customer needs his package sent to him BY Friday. I expedite the order for a charge--according to our database Texas should be able to approve the documents within 24 hours. It's Monday. We FedEx documents via two-day delivery. Thus, he should be able to get his package by Friday. But, no. Somehow, SOMEHOW--even with someone on the inside, that customer gets his package not on Friday, not even on Monday--but on Friday of the following week. And sometimes there is just nothing you can do about it. Thanks for posting this hilarious video.
